Our client based in Bournemouth are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their busy vibrant office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company. The main aspect of this role is to assist all customers in the UK and Australia.
* Answer client queries using the social media platforms, emails and telephone.
* Answering pre-sales queries, taking sales over the phones and providing post-sales support.
* Troubleshooting and finding any smart solutions to issues.
* Communicating clearly and concisely.
* Serving as a brand representative.
* Sharing user feedback with the product and technology team.
* Excellent English skills including good spelling and grammar.
* Previous experience in a Customer Service based role.
* Strong problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude.
* Passion for working within a small team.
The working hours for this role are 40 hours per week, along with 1 weekend day a month.
This role is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
