Our client is a leader within their industry and customer delivery is key. They are seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to join them who can manage the system to ensure it is used correctly in order
to enhance the customer experience and service delivered. The company boast professional offices with a team culture, they offer onsite parking and completive benefits including 25 days holiday

The role:
– Supporting the daily running of the CRM system and being a point of contact to all staff for support, duties include:
– Support to system users at all levels, escalating technical issues to the IT Department when necessary
– Working with users that are either non-compliant, or not making use of the system correctly
– Creating and updating user guides and training materials
– Delivering user training to stakeholders at all levels
– Delivering briefings in an effective manner on any updates that will affect users of the CRM system at all levels
– Ensuring data integrity and compliance while ensuring data is cleansed
– Establish and manage de-duplication and merging processes within the system
– Support in the implementation of new functionality
– Assist with data analysis and reporting

– The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience
– Relevant experience working with a Dynamics 365 CRM platform; updating records, maintaining and improving the accuracy of information
– Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a robust understanding of Excel
– Having an understanding of GDPR and data protection law to ensure full compliance at all times
– Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure
– Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload in order to meet strict deadlines
– Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team as required
– Self-motivated with a positive approach and an enthusiasm for learning new skills
– Ability to deal with confidential information and act with discretion
– Capable of remaining calm and effective under pressure
– Ability of dealing with varied Area Sales People, proactively and calmly
