Sewell Wallis are working with a global, dominant company in Worksop who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller, working in a successful and close-knit team offering study support and excellent progression opportunities.

-Chasing customer payments in line with payment terms to minimise bad debt.
-Handling of all interactions received into Credit Control ensuring all requests are completed and successfully resolved within the agreed service level.
-Look for process improvement opportunities.
-Work to daily targets set by team leader.
-Work to individual and Business Overdue Debt reduction targets and Cash Collection.
-Work on customer disputes to help minimise outstanding debt and escalate to the appropriate business owners.
-Creating and categorising outbound service requests.
-Performance related bonuses.
