Do you have a love for Credit Control? Can you track down money that was thought to be lost forever?? Are you based in Taunton and the surrounding area and available to consider a maternity cover role to start in January? If so read on!

This role will be covering a period of maternity leave, for circa 10 months, and will cover a wide range of finance functions but with particular emphasis on credit control duties. You will need to have a good working knowledge of both SAGE and Excel, with general bookkeeping knowledge. Your role will involve ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner and also reconcile expenses and petty cash. You will be responsible for accounts receivable and scheduling payments to suppliers. It will be crucial you are able to build relationships with both customers and suppliers and have a friendly but professional telephone manner. You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and payroll and bank reconciliations.

To be considered we will be looking for you to have solid credit control experience. You will need to be well organised, work well under pressure and be happy to undertake a variety of finance and administration duties. You will be team player and be able to build great relationships with colleagues in other departments to ensure a seamless service is delivered to customers.
