A leading independent recruitment brand is looking for an experienced Interims recruiter to join their Internal & Corporate Communications team. You will join a highly talented, motivated, and professional team and benefit from strong and experienced management.
You should have a solid career history; at least 24 months experience as an Interims Recruitment Consultant ideally coming from a Communications, PR or Marketing recruitment background. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to grow a desk in an adult, autonomous environment by building long term relationships with both candidates and clients alike.
This is a warm desk with live roles at established clients where you will be working on senior level roles often on an exclusive basis. You will be rewarded with an attractive monthly commission scheme, non-KPId environment which feels more like a marketing agency than a recruitment business.
