Job description
This is a newly created role within Norton Rose Fulbrights Commercial function.

Develop compelling proposals which demonstrate NRFs ability to solve client problems, leveraging the NRF Transform capabilities to do so in the most effective and efficient way for both the client and NRF;
Contribute to client pitches by communicating the value of the NRF Transform approach;
Use relevant management information to measure the success of the commercial strategy and identify areas of future focus;
Project manage large bid processes; coordinate the efforts of the NRF Transform team and client facing teams to ensure deadlines are met;
Build propositions and evaluate business cases for the development of new and existing NRF Transform offerings, in collaboration with internal experts such as lawyers and legal technologists;
Track and report on pipeline opportunities which incorporate NRF Transform, and ensure these opportunities are progressed;
Work closely with our client relationship, marketing and business development teams to access additional knowledge, and ensure continuity in our approach and understanding of key clients;
Attend regular meetings with the NRF Transform team to discuss internal developments and identify new opportunities, and provide management support.
Skills and Experience Required
You will demonstrate:
Relevant business development, marketing and /or sales experience;
Strong commercial awareness, which includes the ability to recognise and recommend different profit levers with the aim of enhancing business performance;
Experience communicating complex client problems and the supporting solution clearly to various stakeholders;
Extensive experience presenting to senior external clients and internal stakeholders;
High level of skill in commercial sales delivery and executing product development strategies;
Proven ability to write compelling proposals which demonstrate knowledge of the client and internal capabilities;
Professional services background, ideally with some understanding of the legal sector and the working practices of lawyers;
