Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a part-time Clerical Team Leader provide support within a busy rehabilitation department. Located in the Ascot area you will take an active role in supervising, maintaining and developing new and existing appointment systems.

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a part-time Clerical Team Leader provide administrative support within a busy rehabilitation department. Located in the Ascot area the post holder will take an active role in supervising, maintaining and developing new and existing appointment systems. Reporting directly into the Deputy Physiotherapy Manager the main duties of the role include:
*Supervising an administrative team of 5 and efficiently delegating the workload
*Amending patient administrative systems and making changes to clinic templates
*Communicating the status of the work to the Deputy Physiotherapy and providing an indication on the teams capability to make set deadlines
*Ensuring the team has a clear understanding of deadlines and trust goals
*Offering support to staff in the event of complaints both over the phone or face to face
*Representing the clerical administration team in various forums and taking the lead at clerical team meetings
*Leading the induction process for administrative starters, providing support throughout their training
*Managing the booking system, keeping an accurate record of treatments and clinic slots
The Candidate
The successful Clerical Team Leader will be a confident leader and highly organised. You must be computer literate specifically within Microsoft packages and be able to demonstrate experience of working in an administrative environment, working with computerised data systems. The Clerical Team Leader will ideally have experience within a hospital/ healthcare environment.
A valid, in-date DBS check would be highly advantageous.
