Due to continued success and growth, this centrally based organisation in Basingstoke, is seeking an experienced Call Centre Advisor to join their busy team.
Initially this role will be for six months on a fixed term contract however there is a high possibility that it may also become a permanent role.
* Answer all incoming telephone calls
* Deal with customer queries and help resolve problems
* Verify customer data when the customer calls are not busy
* Respond to email queries and resolve within a timely matter to the customers satisfaction
* Provide a quality service to customers at all times
Candidates will ideally have previous telephone based Customer Service experience from within an inbound call centre environment. You will be a self-starter who is results-driven and will possess excellent communication skills. You will be a strong team player who can multi-task and prioritise your workload. You must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
