ROLE: Business Report Analyst
A fantastic opportunity has landed on my desk for an experienced Business Report Analyst. This role would be working for a fantastic company who operates their services nationally. This role would suit someone best who is experienced in this area, who is great at building and maintaining relationships and has great attention to detail.
Responsibilities of a Business Report Analyst:
Responsible for all aspects of MI reporting throughout Sales, Corporate Delivery, Professional Development, Customer Service Teams.
Responsible for production and accurate maintenance of high quality management reports including customer feedback to provide data to enable early identification and intervention of issues; continuous improvement and KPI’s across the business
Responsible for building dashboard using data from new Data Warehouse using Excel & PowerBI
Attend Cross-Business project meetings to contribute to the clarity of specifications and data requirements for reports
Set up workshops and trainings for business areas on software applications used.
Document reports and processes used and created, to support Data Team business plans.
Required Skills of a Business Report Analyst:
Highly IT literate including Excel Skills
Strong Numeracy Skills
Ability to present reports with good communication skills
Strong general educational background to Graduate Level
Desirable Skills of a Business Report Analyst
MS Visio/MS Project/MS Power Bi/MS Sharepoint
Experience of Programme/Project Management
