My client is a national recruitment business that specializing in HR, IT, Executive level hires and recruitment outsourcing. They now require a Business Development Manager for their large scale corporate client and RPO expansion.
They are looking for someone to support the Group MD in winning large scale accounts the focus is to identify, engage and deliver large scale customers, working across Managed Services, Contractor/Permanent Solutions, RPO, Master Vendor and large scale PSL work. This is technology specific, therefore the majority of services will be sold around gaining maximum control over the IT supply chain.
This is a crucial hire for my client this year and requires candidates with proven track records of success in winning RPOs and large scale PSL work.
If you have a proven track record in Business Development experience in the above, this could very well be the role for you.
