Becoming a Business Analyst with Capita Local Government:
This is a great opportunity to secure a Business Analyst role that sits within the Transition team of Capita LPS. The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements and process mapping. The Business Analyst will also assist clients in the production of business cases, business process modelling and business transformation programmes. This role will be based in Barnet 2-3 days per week, remote working available for the remainder of the week. There is also a requirement to travel to Salford during the contract.
What you will do:
Understand and document high level business functional and non-functional requirements
Complete business and systems process mapping
Workflow documentation
Gap analysis
Identifying and defining current business issues and problems
Support Senior BAs within programmes and projects
Your experience will include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including good presentation experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience of preparing and writing complex reports to articulate business analysis findings
Proven experience of completing business analysis within a complex programme environment (workflows, process mapping, gap analysis, requirements gathering)
Proven ability to working to strict deadlines and budgets.
Ability to work within a customer-focused, team-oriented environment.
Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
