npower are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused professional to be part of our Joiners and Leavers team within our dedicated Customer Services division.You will be working alongside a team of like-minded, hardworking individuals whose aim is to ensure the smooth transition of our customers joining or leaving us and continually improve our processes.Our environment is fast-paced and priorities are ever-changing, so you will need to be able to manage your own time and work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.We will also ensure you receive full training from day one to really help you make a fantastic start. There is active performance management to maintain that support every step of the way.We love to reward and support our team so we also run a monetary incentive scheme and various reward packages to win.Do you think you have what it takes? Data analysis
Understanding flow processes
Handling customer queries and provide resolutions
Customer migrationWhat other skills and experience do you need?
You’ll have a strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
Previous experience of SAP would be advantageous
You will have worked in a Customer Service environment in some capacity
