Our client is based at Whetstone, Leicester. A vacancy has arisen for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join the head office on a temporary basis until the end of May 18 (maternity cover)

The role will be responsible for maintaining the customer support through various functions internally including administration, sales office support and support to external operational staff. In addition the role has the responsibility of maintaining the adequate control of accounts through pro-active credit control and the upkeep of the associated administration.

·Sales and order processing.

·Sales invoicing and associated customer support.

·Sales office reception, general phone, fax and email enquiries.

·Purchase order processing.

·Incoming and outgoing post.

·Supplier invoice processing.

·Progressing statements and remittances from suppliers.

·Contract files processing.

·Service works processing.

·Credit control and overdue accounts.

·Maintaining customer and supplier data.

·Month end statements.

·Customer quotations and follow up.

·Ad hoc administration duties.

·General office filing.

·Assist with database information gathering.

Monday to Friday 9am – 17.00
